Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 2-3 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are Out of Stock we will send the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source your item we will contact you to inform you.


Cancellation

If customers wish to cancel an order that may already have been dispatched then they must be returned to Filtermist up to 7 days from receipt of goods where they will be credited less a handling charge of 10% (minimum of £5.00) and carriage (see returns procedure below). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods have been sent incorrectly, or have been damaged in transit, please return them to Filtermist up to 7 days from receipt of goods in an unused condition for a full refund or replacement (see below).


Returns Procedure

To send goods back to Filtermist please contact the Sales Office on 01746 765361, who will issue a Sales Return Note to include with the returned products. A full copy of our Terms & Conditions are available upon request.
